Migraine Compass
Your migraine diary for Android. Log your attacks, see your history and take an overview to your doctor's appointment.
Your migraine data never leaves your phone. No account, no sign-in, no cloud: everything you enter stays on your device, and the diary database is encrypted. There is one exception, and you choose it yourself: if you use the optional weather with Plus, your location, rounded to about 10 km, goes to the weather service Open-Meteo – never your entries. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

What the app does
Log
Record the start and end of an attack, along with pain intensity, aura, accompanying symptoms, possible triggers and medication taken – in just a few taps.
See your history
The calendar and statistics show you how often and how severe your attacks were. This lets you see patterns and keep an eye on possible relationships.
Overview for your doctor's appointment
Take your entries along as an overview to your conversation with your doctor.
Reminders
Get reminded about medication or something of your own, in discreet mode with neutral text if you like.
Free and Plus
The basic version is free and complete: record attacks without limit, calendar, statistics for the last 30 days, one reminder, PIN protection and a complete export of your data.
Migraine Compass Plus adds, among other things, longer statistics periods, possible relationships with triggers and weather, more reminders, a daily symptom diary as well as the PDF overview and the CSV export. The full list is in the Terms of Use. You see the price and term in the store before you buy.
Migraine Compass is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.
